The river Krupa, one of the most beautiful rivers

The river Zrmanja and its tributary the river Krupa, is one of the most beautiful rivers in Europe.

The river is a short watercourse of 17 kilometers with 19 waterfalls and it flows through a rather unknown, not touristic part of the Velibit area.

Kudin Most or Kuda’s bridge

The most beautiful part of the river is “Kudin Most” or Kuda’s bridge, a protected monument from the 18th century.

The legend tells that the bridge was built by Kude, a young man who was in love but who was separated from his love by the river Krupa.

The educational walk starts with a breathtaking view on the river and brings you to Kudin Most after a 40 minutes’ walk.
